Jerome B. Meadows is an American sculptor, public artist, and public space designer whose work transforms landscapes into places of memory, reflection, and civic engagement. For more than three decades, he has designed and realized large-scale public art projects across the United States, integrating sculpture, architecture, and landscape into unified environments that honor history while inviting meaningful public interaction.
Based in Savannah, Georgia, Meadows works from his historic Ice House studio, where he continues to create site-specific commissions, sculptures, and conceptual works that bridge art, history, and community.
